Application Notice
- Each applicant is required to apply with one application form. Repeated application will not be accepted.
- Applicants's personal information must be true, accurate, valid, and complete.
- Members must comply with the regulations set out by Intergenerational Lineage as well as acting in accordance with the staff's guidance.
- Before submitting the application form, applicants must go through the ApplicationNotice and Terms of Intergenerational Lineage.
Application Notice and Terms of Intergenerational Lineage
Important Declaration
To become a member of Intergenerational Lineage, please go through the following terms. Upon submitting the application form by email or in person, the terms are considered to be accepted and binding on the applicant.
Eligibility of Application
- All applicants must be Hong Kong residents.
- Consent must be obtained from a guardian for anyone under the age of 18.
- Applicats can submit the application form in person or online via Google form.
- If the applicants applies in person, offical documents including a valid ID such as HKID, student ID or Elderly Card will be requested for verification purposes.
- If they apply online, their personal information will verified when collecting the membership card in person.
Change of Information
If the member needs to change personal information (e.g., home address, phone number, etc.), Intergenerational Lineage must be notified as soon as possible.
Termination of Membership
- If the member is not in accordance with the membership plicies, the membership will be automatically cancelled.
- When the member remains inactive for two years, the membership will be automatically cancelled.
- Members are entitled to apply for membership withdrawal. The member is required to apply in person and return membership card. Upon the exit, all membership benefits will be cancelled.
- If themembers provides any information untrue, inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete, Intergenerational Lineage may cancel the membership upon considering with a reasonable ground.
- If the member seriously breaches the terms and regulations, Intergenerational Lineage is entitled to suspend or cancel the member's membership and/or benefits.
